Call For Entry

WEFTFest 2025 will be held at the St. George Banquet Hall. Everyone in one very large room for 5 days over the Victoria Day long weekend. 665 King St N, Waterloo, ON

We expect well over 3000 visitors to join us for WEFTFest 2025. Apply now to be a vendor, designer, artist, quilter and/or teacher for this unique chance to sell your product in the same room as the Quilt of Belonging.

Ticket Cancellation Policy: We find that giving refunds for workshops and events is costly and problematic. Please understand that every transaction incurs administration and service fees. Our cancellation policy is one of exchange. Cancellations for any reason must be done 3 days before workshops/event for value of workshop/event to be applied to a gift certificate. Late cancellations are not eligible for exchange value. Upon purchase a receipt will be emailed to you which will act as your ticket. Thank you for your understanding.
