Ticket Cancellation Policy: We find that giving refunds for workshops and events is costly and problematic. Please understand that every transaction incurs administration and service fees. Our cancellation policy is one of exchange. Cancellations for any reason must be done 3 days before workshops/event for value of workshop/event to be applied to a gift certificate. Late cancellations are not eligible for exchange value. Upon purchase a receipt will be emailed to you which will act as your ticket. Thank you for your understanding.
