After-School Art & Creativity for Youth & Teens

Need a calming and creative outlet after school?
These small after-school sessions are a perfect way for youth and teens to unwind, get inspired, and make something meaningful. With only 3 spots per session, each young person receives personalized guidance in a supportive, low-pressure environment. Ages: 9+
Each session includes:
- Expressive art activities (painting, collage, mixed media, etc.)
- Mindfulness woven into creative time
- Freedom to explore their unique ideas
- Optional one-to-one sessions available for deeper support
This is a beautiful way for creative kids and teens to feel seen, heard, and inspired after a busy school day.
All materials provided. Book your spot early—space is very limited

About Andrea Lines
Andrea is a therapeutic arts practitioner and creative wellness mentor with over 20 years of experience supporting youth, adults, and families through mindful, neurodivergent-friendly practices. Her work integrates expressive art, intuitive guidance, and practical well-being tools to help others move from overwhelm to grounded clarity.
With a long-standing background in emotional wellness, Andrea offers sessions and workshops that meet people where they are—gently blending creativity, mindfulness, somatic support, and soul-tending practices. She specializes in working with ADHD, anxiety, and sensory challenges, and brings a deeply compassionate approach to all she offers.
Andrea is also the founder of Mandalia House, a wellness and creative support space based in Ontario, Canada. She facilitates both in-person and online sessions, day retreats, youth programs, and parent support.
She also shares guided meditations and calming practices as a teacher on Insight Timer.
